Good biological understanding and ability to read fish behavior 

Experience from collecting and handling eggs from marine species 

Good understanding of and good attitudes to HSE and the ability to assess the nature of the work and carry out risk assessments prior to and during operations 

Accuracy and punctuality are important, but also the ability to adapt to any changes in way of working caused by the extensive Company growth expected. 

Good sense of responsibility, and must be able to work both independently and in teams 

Contribute to an efficient, positive, and respectful communication in an international and multicultural environment 

Master the use of Office programs such as Word and Excel, for record keeping and documentation 

Communicate well in English orally and in writing (Portuguese is an advantage, but not required) 

Normal good health and physique 

A class B driver's license is an advantage
